The Welsand's are Officially Land Owners
As of Tuesday, March 13th, we officially own the lot at 6070 Oakwood Lane in Lino Lakes! Construction on a new home will begin immediately, the lot is being cleared of snow to melt. Next week the basement will be dug, footings poured and the basement shortly after!
We are set to head back to Minnesota this fall, the exact date will be determined hopefully in early summer. We will keep you posted!
Of course we will have a huge open house when we get in and settled, maybe for the holidays?
Below are some photos of the house we will have built for us in Lino Lakes. Really looking forward to both Jeremy and I being able to be in the kitchen and bathroom at the same time again without bumping into each other!
